Torco Sues Former Licensee

Lubricant supplier Torco International Corp. said Friday that it has filed suit against a former licensee, General Sales and Service Inc., for continuing to use the Torco name. Dow Chemical Co. said last week that its biocides business unit and its Angus Chemical Co. subsidiary will open five new regional customer application centers from China to Brazil. Nissan Stops Sales Over Oil Problem

Nissan North America on Friday directed dealers to stop selling tens of thousands of new sedans because of reports of excessive motor oil consumption.
