Fuchs Petrolub AG acquired MS Fluid Technologies via its U.S. subsidiary Fuchs Lubricants Co. effective Oct. 1. Indianapolis-based MS Fluids products include drawing and stamping fluids, coolants, and metal finishing products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
