WD-40 Earnings, Sales Slide

WD-40 reported net income of $9.1 million for the quarter ending Feb. 28, a 15 percent decrease from the year-ago period, with net sales down 2 percent at $79.2 million. Earnings per share slid to 53 cents per diluted share in WD-40s fiscal second quarter, compared to 64 cents per share in the year-earlier period.
