ReGen III Corp. signed a definitive, multi-year offtake agreement with BP for it to purchase all the base oil production from ReGen III’s proposed 5,600 barrels per day API Group II+ and Group III U.S. Gulf Coast rerefinery. The Vancouver, Canada-based startup company is still working to select a site and obtain financing for the project.  The Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers announced yesterday that Ken Hope, global PAO technical services manager for Chevron Phillips Chemical in The Woodlands, Texas, will assume the role of 2021-2022 STLE president for a one-year term beginning May 18.
