Paul Hetherington, manager of technical services for Canada for Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc., a HollyFrontier business, will assume the role of 2020-2021 president for the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers effective immediately for a one-year term. Hetherington is former treasurer, secretary and vice president of Park Ridge, Illinois-based STLE.  Sea-Land Chemical Co. became an authorized distribution partner on May 1 in North America for SBZ Corp.’s series of unlicensed transportation lubricant packages. SBZ’s products are used to formulate non-original equipment manufacturer passenger car motor oil, heavy-duty diesel and industrial gear oil products.  Houston-based blender and packager ZXP Technologies LLC announced yesterday it received Food and Drug Administration approval to repackage hand sanitizer.
