After a merger of Jagger Advisory‘s global lubricants services with IHS Markit‘s Oil, Midstream and Downstream consulting unit, Suzan Jagger has been named vice president of the IHS Markit OMD Consulting team. She will be responsible for leading the business development, delivery and management of the consulting service in global lubricants.
