Texas Refinery Corp. named Patrick M. Walsh its new president. Walsh oversaw the lube manufacturer’s domestic lubricant sales and international sales divisions, and has held numerous management and executive roles at TRC and its subsidiaries over 35 years. The company also promoted J.R. Hannan to senior vice president and chief operations officer.
