An affiliate of CEFIC (the European Chemical Industry Council), ATC addresses technical and statutory topics regarding lubricant additives. Its Code of Practice encourages both the consistent and precise operation of engine testing and the consistent reporting of results, including test registration, to support the performance evaluation of automotive lubricant formulations.
