Market Development and Application Engineering Specialist – Specialty Greases and Lubricants

Target Markets and Applications area focus:

Specialty Greases and Lubricants for Automotive Applications

Territory / Region:

Michigan/Canada and other locations as needed based upon multiple customer locations.

Key Responsibilities & Position Requirements:

Develop and continue the rapid growth of Etna-Bechems specialty grease and lubricant product offerings focused for the direct OEM automotive and the tiered suppliers to the automotive industry.

Support the current sales and service efforts at existing customers

Develop new business at targeted prospects through regular direct sales and service visits.

Development of plans for new business activity for product offering areas and applications.

Overnight travel as needed, including some international travel.

Demonstrated ability to work with engineering, purchasing, safety, health and environmental, quality management and senior management disciplines within the customer organization.

Experienced with the automotive industry engineering, design, development, approval, PPAP process

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary + Commission commensurate with experience.

Annual Incentive/Performance Bonus Award Program.

Company Car, lap top computer, cell phone and business related travel expenses are reimbursed.
