Senior Development Chemist
RichardsApex, Inc., a leading manufacturer of lubricants, process coatings and cleaners to the metalworking industries, is in search of a Senior Development Chemist. Based at our corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, this is an upper management position reporting directly to our CEO/COO.
Responsibilities include evaluating and modifying existing formulas, customizing and formulating unique and specialized lubricants, and maximizing throughput of new product developments to our primary industrial markets. The ideal candidate has the leadership qualities to stay current with industry wide developments, work on short and long-range R&D projects, author technical papers and represent the company with technical presentations at industry events.

B.S. in Chemistry required with two to six years of Industrial or Metalworking experience. Advanced degree is desirable.
