AMSOIL INC. the First in Synthetics & worldwide leader in synthetic lubrication technologies for 38 years has exciting opportunities for Technical Product Managers and Technical Sales Representatives. All positions located in Superior, Wisconsin.

The Technical Product Manager responsibilities include developing new products & services, managing the current portfolio of products & executing the strategic growth plan for the market segment. Successful candidates must have technical aptitude, talent to manage & resolve technical issues, ability to develop supporting product and service info, manage competitive assessments and field studies & provide lubrication recommendations to the segment manager. Required attributes include demonstrated project management skills, previous product management experience, exceptional organizational/multitasking skills & strong verbal/ written communication & computer skills. A college or technical school degree in a related field as well as 3-5 yrs applicable experience in mechanical or lubrication fields are required.

Technical Sales Representatives will promote the sales & growth of AMSOIL products through direct B2B sales, identification of new markets & working in conjunction with established AMSOIL Dealers. Position requirements include 3-5 years business-to-business technical sales exp., proficiency in B2B presentations and Microsoft office skills, lubrication knowledge & general understanding of oil analysis helpful, engineering background/education desirable, strong verbal & written communication skills & strong mechanical aptitude required. Must be willing to travel up to 30%.
