Bel-Ray Company, Inc., a multinational manufacturer of high performance lubricants headquartered in Central New Jersey is seeking a Director of Technology. This is an outstanding opportunity to assume a leadership role in a company with a proven track record for more than 60 years. The Director of Technology will manage Research & Development with overall responsibility for new product innovation and development, and on-going evaluation of product usage and stability in field applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Drive the creation of innovative new products in the power sports, mining and industrial segments.

Management and control of all aspects of laboratory functions.

Evaluate product application and lubrication solutions, and define product opportunities and requirements.

The ideal Candidate should have a BA in chemistry. A Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry are highly desirable, along with a minimum of 10-15 years professional experience. A strong business acumen and/or an MBA is also valued.
