Global New Business Development Manager

Region Americas Marketing Manager
We are looking for Sales or Marketing professionals to work in our Process and Lubricant Additives business line. The successful candidates will be strong individual contributors who can operate effectively in a team environment. The key task that will be required for each of these roles will be to identify and assess the attractiveness of new applications and markets, executing market strategies and developing appropriate marketing tools to support sales growth in the lubricant and fuel industries.
- We are looking for dynamic individuals with:
- A recognized degree in Chemistry and/or Marketing
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in performing market assessments and translating outcomes into real sales
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to take calculated risks
- Strong business to business marketing skills
