Congrats to Sharlu, Bericap and United Color!

The results of the May advertising readership survey are here, and congratulations go to the advertising and marketing teams that created the highest scoring ads. The winners are Sharjah National Lube Oil Co. of Sharjah, U.A.E., for most believable; Bericap GmbH of Budenheim, Germany, for most informative; and United Color Manufacturing Inc. of Newton, Pa., U.S., for most attention-getting!

We extend our appreciation to the more than 300 anonymous subscribers who responded to the targeted survey, sent out by Readex Research. This is the first time weve engaged Readex to survey LubesnGreases EMEA subscribers.

Readex compiled the results, strictly protecting respondents privacy, and sent us detailed reports that we have shared directly with the advertisers. The purpose of the study is to assist advertisers in identifying the creative techniques that are most effective in communicating with you, the readers.

In addition to rating the ads, respondents completed a brief companion survey:

73 percent read half or more of every issue.

78 percent spend 30 minutes or more with each issue.

Two-thirds save every issue for reference.

91 percent have taken at least one action as the result of reading articles or columns.

71 percent have taken at least one action as the result of seeing ads!

If your target market is the EMEA lubricants industry, have you thought about advertising in LubesnGreases Europe-Middle East-Africa to reach these decision-makers? Our advertising team, headed by Gloria Steinberg Briskin, will be happy to tell you more. Email Gloria@LubesnGreases.com today.

Well repeat the survey next year, and Id love to highlight your ad as a winner.
