Farmland Sells Grease Plant

The owners of Nor-Lakes Services Midwest Inc. have formed a new company, NL Grease LLC, that has agreed to buy bankrupt Farmland Industries Inc.s Kansas City, Mo., grease plant. The acquisition by NL Grease must be approved by a bankruptcy court, which is scheduled to consider the deal next week. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
