WD-40 reported net income of $10.3 million for the quarter ending May 31, up 12 percent from the year-ago period, with net sales up 7 percent at $93.1 million. Calumet Plans to Expand Synlubes

Calumet Specialty Products Partners recently announced plans to invest up to $40 million to double synthetic lubricants production at its esters facility in Louisiana, Mo., by August 2014. Rerefiner Evergreen Oil and parent Evergreen Environmental Holdings designated Clean Harbors Inc. as initial winning bidder for Evergreens assets, according to California bankruptcy court documents.
