Shell Shuffles Execs

Lisa Davis – current general manager, business to business, for Shell Lubricants in the United States – will become vice president of Shell Lubricants Americas this month, succeeding Steve Harman, who is departing for a new position as head of Shell Downstream cost leadership in London.

Shell Lubricants North America has also named Andrew Hepher as general manager business to business starting Oct. 1, succeeding Davis. Hepher currently serves as vice president, strategy and portfolio, for Shell Energy Europe.

Davis has been Shells general manager of business to business sales since July 2008. During her 20-year career, she has worked several roles in the United States and overseas, and in Shells upstream, downstream and strategy and portfolio businesses. She has held operational roles from production engineering to operations superintendent. Davis has led implementation of large marketing and sales projects such as the roll-out of Shells global retail strategy and acquisition of the Pennzoil-Quaker State Co.

Harman has been vice president of Shell Lubricants Americas since January 2006. He has held a variety of jobs within Shell Downstream in Europe and Asia since the 1980s. He has had responsibility, at various times, for Shell specialty businesses, subsidiaries, LPG, lubricants and marine.
