Base oil sellers and buyers report no changes in U.S. posted prices for paraffinic base stocks this week. The cost of crude on the New York Mercantile Exchange closed yesterday at $59.41 per barrel according to Bloomberg. That was 37 cents higher than the closing price a week earlier.
