U.S. posted prices for paraffinic base oils remained unchanged for the 13th consecutive week, and market sources say they see nothing to suggest changes anytime soon. The price of crude oil on the New York Mercantile Exchange closed at $30.69 per barrel yesterday, up from $29.15 a week earlier.
