Kaufman Holdings has consolidated Royal Lubricants Inc. under the name of sister company Anderol Inc. The synthetic lubricants and brands of both companies will continue to be marketed under the name Anderol Specialty Lubricants.

It was time to consolidate under one name and get things focused with one name and one mission, Anderol Global Marketing Manager Garrett M. Grega said, noting that Kaufman acquired the companies separately during the late 1990s. He added that the companies sales forces and research and development staffs have already been consolidated during the past 18 months.

This has been an evolution over time, Grega said. We now have a streamlined company that can focus better on our mission.

Grega added that management has already eliminated overlaps that existed in product lines such as compressor oils and gear oils. Going forward, Anderol brands will offer a wide range of industrial lubricants, with primary focus in food & beverage, mining, oil and gas, and power generation sectors. Royal Lubricants Royco brands will continue to serve aviation and military markets.

Kaufman is headquartered in Fords, N.J. Anderol, which is based in East Hanover, N.J., markets its specialty synthetic lubricants worldwide.
