ExxonMobil Corp. on Monday named Jerry Kohlenberger president of ExxonMobil Lubricants and Petroleum Specialties Co. Effective Jan. 1 he will succeed Steve Pryor, who will become executive vice president of ExxonMobil Chemical Co.

Kohlenberger was also appointed a vice president of the parent company. He joined Mobil as a project engineer in 1974 and has held a variety of engineering, planning, supply, supervisory and management positions. He is currently president of ExxonMobil Global Services, which handles information services, procurement and real estate services.
