Lanxess revised its organizational structure, following its acquisition of Chemtura in April. The lubricant and flame retardant additives businesses were transferred to Lanxesss Additives business unit, while the rubber additives and colorant additives businesses now belong to the Rhein Chemie business unit. Subject to successful conclusion of a lubricants distribution agreement, ExxonMobil Petroleum and Chemical B.V.B.A. in Belgium will appoint WP Group as an authorized Mobil lubricants distributor for the United Kingdom effective Sept. 1, covering the majority of England, Scotland and parts of Wales. German motor oil and aftermarket additive specialist Liqui Moly expanded its cooperation with motorbike manufacturers to include Spanish manufacturer Rieju.
