A joint venture between Gulf Oil International and Dordrecht, Netherlands-based FinCo – which stores, trades and distributes oil and oil-related products in Northwest Europe – will distribute Gulf lubricants in the Netherlands and Germany. Lube Stop, a 49-unit, quick service oil change company based in Northeast Ohio, acquired the assets of Oil Wizard, a two-unit chain with locations in Princeton and Peru, Illinois. MFA Oil of Columbia, Missouri, acquired Brownfield Oil, a refined fuels and lubricants supplier based in Moberly, Missouri.
