Clean Harbors will acquire Nuverra Environmental Solutions used motor oil collector subsidiary Thermo Fluids of Scottsdale, Ariz., for $85 million cash in a deal expected to close by early March. Neste Oil announced Feb. 4 it intends to change its name to Neste Corp. to reflect its orientation to non-petroleum products. Its Nexbase base oil brand and other trademarks will stay the same, a company spokesperson told Lube Report.
