Russian Gazpromneft-Lubricants opened its first lube change station in Kazakhstan, part of its G-Energy Service car maintenance stations network, now operating in a few cities in Russia and Belarus. SK Lubricants entered a licensing agreement to supply its Zic-branded lubricants to Rabigh First Lubricants Co. for sale in Saudi Arabia.
