Warren Oil Co. announced last week it has begun producing and packaging grease at its West Memphis, Ark. plant.
Following the completion of an expansion project at its West Memphis location last November, Warren Oils Warren Unilube Inc. recently completed trial runs and reached full production of grease manufacturing and packaging operations. The plants annual capacity is 10 million pounds of lithium, lithium complex, anhydrous calcium and calcium sulfonate greases.
Half of the operations will produce Warren- and Coastal-branded products while the other 50 percent of capacity will be dedicated to private label packaging, according to the companys April 9 press release.
Packaging will range from 3 oz. tubes to 400 lb. drums, including 14 oz. tubes, 1 oz. tubs, 4 oz. tubs, 35 lb. pails, and 120 lb. kegs. Warren will also provide bulk shipments.
Warren manufactures engine oils, transmission fluids, hydraulic oils, gear oils, oil spill cleaners, power steering fluid, brake fluid, additives, chain saw oil, diesel exhaust fluids, synthetic lubricants and more. In addition to its West Memphis facility, the company has facilities in Marion, Ill., Johnstown, Pa., Dunn, N.C., San Antonio, Texas, and Benton, Ala.
