Shell U.K. Ltd. last week announced completion of the acquisition of Midel and Mivolt from Manchester, United Kingdom-based M&I Materials Ltd. Midel adds synthetic and natural ester-based transformer fluids and services, while Mivolt adds ester-based immersion cooling fluids for use in electric vehicle batteries, battery energy storage systems and data centers to Shell’s portfolio.
