Specialty chemicals and ingredients distributor IMCD South Africa signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of CPS Chemical Oil Tech (Pty), a Durban, South Africa-based distributor of raw materials to the petroleum, additives and grease industries. Transaction closing is subject to conditions and regulatory approval and is expected to take place in the second quarter.
