Castrol announced a three-year partnership with Tetrosyl, Europe’s largest supplier of car care products, aiming to boost supply to car parts and accessories stores and workshops.  In March, new passenger car registrations in the European Union jumped 29% to 1.1 million, compared to the same month last year, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association reported on April 19. In the first quarter, new passenger car registrations in the EU rose 18% to almost 2.7 million.
