Spain’s Cepsa, which produces base oils and lubricants, reorganized its structure as of Jan. 1 by defining two energy customer-facing business areas – Mobility and New Commerce, and Commercial and Clean Energies – while its refining business becomes its Energy Parks business. Commercial and Clean Energies will serve B2B business management in several segments, including lubricants.
