New passenger car registrations in the European Union declined 21% to 844,187 units sold in March, compared to the same month last year, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association reported. Ongoing supply chain disruptions, further exacerbated by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, negatively affected car production, the association said.
