Kazakhstan to Make Group II, III

Kazakhstan is working on several new petrochemical refining projects carrying a combined price tag of U.S. $12 billion, and some of them – including a plant producing API Group II and Group III base oils – are expected to be completed soon, a government official told an industry event.

Total Turkey Pazarlama signed a distributorship agreement with industrial lubricants distributor Nero Industrial, covering the provinces of Adana, Mersin and Osmaniye in Turkey.  The Vulco automotive workshop network will carry Spain’s Cepsa’s lubricants and liquid products in its more than 280 centers in Spain and Portugal under a recently announced agreement.
