Lubrizol Partially Restarts Rouen Plant

French oil products supplierRubis, via its subsidiary KenolKobil, acquired Gulf Energy Holdings Ltd., a Kenyan fuel marketer that distributes lubricants and owns a fuel depot with a lubricants unit. Bolsover, United Kingdom-based Aztec Oils acquired the lubricants manufacturing business of St. Helens, United Kingdom-based Caldo Oils. The business, rebranded as Multispec, produces coolant, antifreeze and lubricants and greases for vehicles and engines.
