Sanghyuk Seo, nominee of South Korea’s SK Lubricants Co. Ltd., was appointed director of Pakistan’s Hi-Tech Lubricants Ltd. effective Feb. 18, succeeding Hyukjin Kwon. Hi-Tech began blending SK’s Zic-branded lubricants in 2018.
