Chevron Oronite confirmed it is still on track to begin commercial production at its Ningbo, Zhejiang province, China additive manufacturing plant in 2021 as originally scheduled, with construction entering its final stages towards mechanical completion. The company first announced in June 2018 its final investment decision to build the wholly owned plant, noting it had experienced a steady increase in additive demand throughout Asia-Pacific in recent years, especially in China.
