Gazpromneft Marine Lubricants carried out its first bunkering in the port of Hong Kong, supplying a vessel with oil for engines operating on low-sulfur fuel. Hong Kong became the fifth Asia-Pacific market where the company’s marine oils are available, with local production sites arranged in Singapore and South Korea.  The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers reported that from January to July this year, 3.4 million domestically branded passenger vehicles were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 25%, accounting for 36% of total passenger vehicle sales. Trailing were German cars, with 2.4 million sold and a 25% share and Japanese cars with 2.3 million sold and a 24% share.
