Quaker Chemical Corp. opened its metalworking fluids and rolling oils manufacturing facility in Dahej, India, on Feb. 28. Sinopec‘s Great Wall Lubricants will provide Guangzhou taxis and public transport with lubricants, including engine oil and transmission oil, under a one-year contract.
