ExxonMobil and Tata Motors launched a range of co-branded lubricants offered for commercial vehicles.
The engine oils are being marketed under ExxonMobils existing Mobil Delvac brand and are designed for Tatas diesel-powered trucks.
Tata, which is headquartered in Mumbai, is Indias largest automobile manufacturer. Houston-based ExxonMobil is the worlds largest publicly owned energy company and the worlds second-largest lubricant supplier.
The companies said the new line includes oils meeting three API specifications: API CI-4 Plus; CH-4; and CF-4. All three are 15W-40 multi-grades.
