Lubricant marketer Fuchs Petrolub has entered a marketing partnership to supply lubricants and fluids for users of DMG Mori Seiki metalworking machines in China.
Fuchs, which claims to be the worlds largest independent lubricant manufacturer, said it will offer machine lubes and metalworking fluids developed specifically for use in DMG Mori Seiki machines.
DMG Mori Seiki, based in Nagoya, Japan, is a strategic partnership between Japans Mori Seiki and Germanys Deckel-Maho-Gildemeister. The partnership claims to be one of the largest manufacturers of machine tools and opened a factory in Tianjin, China, last year.
Fuchs is based in Mannheim, Germany. It operates two lubricant blending plants in China.
