Indonesia’s PT Pertamina Lubricants entered agreements with HLT Australia Pty. and Berdi Australia Pty., both of Perth, Australia, to import and market its lubricants, primarily to the transportation and mining sectors in the states of Victoria and Western Australia. The arrangement came after Indonesia and Australia reached a trade agreement earlier this year that eliminates import duties.
