Cycle Sales Down in Asean, Vehicles Up
February 16, 2018In 2017 sales for passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles among Asean countries increased 5 percent to 3.3 million units, while two-wheel vehicle sales dropped 0.4 percent to 9.5 million, according to statistics released recently by the Asean Automotive Federation.

Profits up in India, Pakistan

February 16, 2018Seaoil Philippines Inc. launched a branded lubricants servicing center, known as LubeServ, at its Dau, Pampanga, station in the Philippines. Lubeserv offers oil changes and other automotive services, and the company plans to open four more locations this year. Idemitsu Kosan told Lube Report that, contary to reports in December, it does not have plans to build a second lubricants blending plant in Vietnam in the foreseeable future.
