ExxonMobil Singapore to Make More GII

ExxonMobil will expand its API Group II base oil plant in Singapore, which is already the largest Group II source in Asia-Pacific and one of the largest base oil refineries in the world, the company announced last week.

TonenGeneral Vows to Rebuild Base Oil Plant

Pakistani supplier Hascol Petroleum Ltd. yesterday launched a new subsidiary, Hascol Lubricants Ltd., and broke ground on its U.S. $20 million blending plant in Karachi, scheduled for completion in 2019. British firm Intertek commissioned transformer oil testing and analysis service at it its laboratory in Jamnagar, India, which it said is the first of its kind in the country.
