September 29, 2023P.S.P. Specialties Public Co. on Aug. 30 conducted an initial public stock offering – putting up for sale around 25% of its shares to raise money for an upgrade of its Thailand lubricant blending plant and to pay off debt.

Sirikarn Auto Parts Co. signed a memorandum of understanding on Sept. 6 to study ways to jointly invest in a project to develop and sell lubricants for automotive and industrial applications. L.B. Foster Co. said it will extend its strategic partnership with Fuchs Lubricants Co. to additional rail markets in Australia, China and South America, in addition to North America.
