Shell May Sell Singapore Refining

Prospects for the future of Shell’s Singapore base oil plant have taken another turn as the company now is considering selling the refinery that contains it. After announcing earlier this year that it was scrapping consideration to upgrade the plant to make API Group II stocks, the company said it may dispose of all of its refining operations in the country and reportedly has hired Goldman Sachs to explore a sale.

SK Ties Up with Dell, GRC for Immersion Cooling

SK Enmove on Wednesday announced the signing of a memorandum with Dell Technologies and GRC to develop immersion cooling systems for computer data centers. The systems would consist of Dell servers featuring GRC cooling systems filled by SK coolants.
