Catharine T. Golden, CEO of Etna Products Inc. in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, became president of the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association on Oct. 10, succeeding Ann Ball, regulatory affairs manager for Qualichem Inc. The transition took place during the 2023 ILMA Annual Meeting and 75^th anniversary celebration in Palm Desert, California, marking the first time the gavel was passed from one woman to another.
