RelaDyne acquired Kent, Ohio-based The Farley Co., a distributor of lubrication and chemical products, including its own private label and Shell.  Valvoline Inc. announced on Monday that it began piloting electric vehicle services in a limited number of its retail stores. The pilots are the next step in advancing the company’s strategy to extend its preventive auto maintenance service model to EV owners, original equipment manufacturers and fleets.  Emirates National Oil Co. Ltd. signed a five-year agreement with Tfe Intermediacao De Negocios Ltda, a Brazilian petroleum distributor, to distribute Enoc lubricants in Brazil.
