Brazil’s National Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers, or Anfavea, reported that sales of passenger cars in the South American country declined to 129,300 vehicles licensed in February, 23% lower than the same month last year. The association cited the lack of vehicle supply and retail problems as key factors.
