Miami, Florida-based World Fuel Services Corp. announced on Jan. 3 the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Auburn, California-headquartered Flyers Energy Group. Flyers’ national operations include transportation, commercial fleet fueling and lubricants and fuels distribution.
