Miami-based World Fuel Services Corp. on Oct. 28 announced an agreement to acquire Flyers Energy Group from the Dwell family for $775 million in a deal expected to be completed within 60 to 90 days, subject to closing conditions. Auburn, California-based Flyers provides fleet fueling, fuel supply and lubricants distribution to more than 12,000 customers across the United States.
