French chemical company Arkema will divest its epoxides business in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, to Minnetonka, Minnesota-based agricultural products and services company Cargill in a $38.8 million deal expected to close in the fourth quarter. Arkema’s biobased and specialty epoxides are used as additives or intermediates in manufacturing lubricants and other applications.  Cincinnati, Ohio-based distributor RelaDyne acquired Jonestown, Pennsylvania-headquartered distributor PPC Lubricants, which serves customers in eight states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio and New York.
